The fields

The camping has 3 fields with 65 grass pitches, most with optional power. The pitches are numbered and range in size from 100m² to 140m². In full or partial sun or totally shaded. So everyone’s preferences can be met.

Popular are also the 10 gravel spots at the lake, also with optional power. These spots are ideal for motorhomes. Close by are 2 additional grass tent pitches. The lake view spots are shielded from wind by trees with the lake clearly visible through the trunks.

The service building is located centrally between the fields, the lake and the cabins and offers showers and toilets, a service kitchen and a separate dish-washing section. There is also a cabin with washer/dryer. The service building is cleaned daily. Nearby are the brown-water disposal point and a discharge point for the cassette toilet.

The camping also offers free wireless internet (no guarantees on speed and availability).

Children

For the smaller children there is a playground centrally in the camping fields so they can stay active while under their parent’s observation. For the older kids there is a general sports field opposite the reception, also useable for flying kites and other entertainment. Lakeside there is of course opportunity for swimming.

Pets

Well behaved dogs are welcome, though they are expected to be on leash and their keepers are expected to keep the other guests in consideration and keep the paths and fields clean.

Season

Camping Tiveden is open from April 1st to Sept 30th. In the low season we will most likely always have a spot for you, but in the high season it may be best to reserve your spot. By phone, email or the reservation-form.

We will always respond in person. For reservations we ask for a deposit, which will be settled upon arrival. All prices are listed in the pricelist.
